Advancements in high-throughput qPCR technology for comprehensive pathogenic virus monitoring and investigating transmission dynamics
Research Abstract
Infectious diseases caused by pathogenic viruses remain a significant global health threat, necessitating robust monitoring strategies to curb their transmission and understand complex cause-and-effect relationships. High-Throughput quantitative polymerase chain reaction (HT-qPCR) technology has emerged as a transformative tool, offering rapid and sensitive detection capabilities for a wide variety of viral pathogens simultaneously. Through this integrative approach, we can gain valuable knowledge of viral epidemiology, inform public health policies, and strengthen global preparedness against viral outbreaks.
